According to the problem
(2/3+3+5)+x= -2/15
2×5+ 3×3/15+ x = -2/15
10 + 9 / 15 + x = 2/15
19 / 15 + x = -2 / 15
x = -2 /15 - 19 / 15
x = - 21 / 15
x = - 7 / 5
