what should be added to five - seventh of rational number -3/5 ;so that it becomes 3/7?

Let the rational number be " x " .

5/7(-3/5) + x = 3/7

15(-35) + x = 3/7

-3/7 + x = 3/7

x = 3/7 + 3/7 = 6/7

Therefore, the required number is 6/7 .
