Also making such things available to the public at minimum costs.One child policies like China (although not advisable, it might be the need of the hour)Encouraging adoption — There are millions of orphan kids in India looking for a home, looking for a kind shoulder to cry on. Yet we want we create more of our own. If you raise an adopted kid as your own, there is no difference in behaviour between a biological child and an adopted one. Govt should also
give additional benefits to families that adopt kids.Benefits to small families/penalties to large families. Any family with 2 or less children should be given additional benefits like cheaper health care, tax deductions, cheaper transport, cheaper education, etc. Just like the ration card, the Aadhar card should be implemented in categories. One category will have more benefits that the other.
