Here are some tips that has helped me:
1. When you are depressed, listen to some soothing music. It might help.
2. Make a schedule and follow it tightly.
3. Exercise and meditate. This will calm your brain and yourself too.
4. Compare yourself to others, when you feel that they are better, you will start working more towards your goal.
5. Be confident about what you are doing.
6. Just focus on your goal and continue with the schedule.
7. Don't keep thinking about it. Your situation might get worse.
8. Try not to get negative points in your head. Stay focused and confident.
9. Be happy and stay natural. Be the way you are.
10. Praise yourself everyday for doing something good.
