For a team work the first thing you need is convincing power. It is important to convince people to work as a team. The second thing is leadership skills. The stronger the leader , the better is the team. The team members must be encouraged to keep courage and unity among themselves. You need to make your team mates believe that they can do a particular task together. If one member is not able to cope up with the team the rest of the members should not lose hope especially the leader because if a team leader will lose hope then the entire team will fall apart and become weak so it is necessary for a leader to stay strong.There should not any grudges among the members of the team all the members of a team should mutually co-operate with each other in order to achieve something. There should be honesty, brotherhood and unity among all the team mates. In these way with strong willpower and unity a team work can be done successfully.
