many of the strategic that produces successful weight loss and maintenance will help prevent obesity. improving of eating habits and increasing physical activity play a vital role in preventing obesity . things we do : eat five to six servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
To prevent childhood obesity and create health ful eating habits :
1) break for the morning meal for starters , eat breakfast.
2) reduce portion size.
3) stick to home. another way to maintain healthy weight for kids to limited eating.
