What should be subtracted from -2/3 to get -5/6​

Let the integer be x

-2/3 -x = -5/6

-x=-5/6+2/3

-x=-5+4/6

-x=-1/6

x=1/6

 -  \frac{2}{3}  - x =  -  \frac{5}{6}  \\  \\  - x =  -  \frac{5}{6}  +  \frac{2}{3 }  \\  \\  - x =  \frac{ - 5 + 4}{6}  \\  \\  - x =  -  \frac{1}{6}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{1}{6}  \\  \\


1/6 should be subtracted
