Heya !!!

Let Y should be subtracted from (3/4 - 2/3) to get -1/6.

Therefore,

( 3/4 - 2/3) - X = -1/6

( 9 - 8 / 12 ) - X = -1/6

( 1/12) - X = -1/6

1 - 12X /12 = -1/6

6 ( 1 - 12X) = -1 × 12

6 - 72X = -12

-72X = -12-6

72X = 18

X = 18/72

X = 4.

Hence,

4 should be subtracted from (3/4 - 2/3) to get -1/6.
