\huge{Answer:}

Let x be the no. required to be subtracted from  \frac{3}{4} so that it becomes  \frac{1}{6} & y be the no. required to be subtracted from  \frac{-2}{3} so that it becomes  \frac{1}{6}

Acc. to The Question

 \frac{3}{4}  - x =  \frac{1}{6}

And

 \frac{ - 2}{3}  - y =  \frac{1}{6}

We, have to find x & y

So,

 \frac{3}{4}  - x =  \frac{1}{6} ———Given

x =  \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{1}{6}

x =  \frac{9 - 2}{12}

x =  \frac{7}{12}

&

 \frac{ - 2}{3}  - y =  \frac{1}{6} ———Given

y =   \frac{ - 2}{3}  -  \frac{1}{6}

y =  \frac{ - 4 - 1}{6}

y =  \frac{ - 5}{6}

So, the no. required to be subtracted from  \frac{3}{4} so that it becomes  \frac{1}{6} is  \frac{7}{12}

&

the no. required to be subtracted from  \frac{-2}{3} so that it becomes  \frac{1}{6} is  \frac{-5}{6}
