Let's assume the number to be x

 \tt \purple{</p><p>Equation \:  \:  \:  Formed : }

( -  \frac{5}{4} ) - (x) =  -  \frac{4}{5}

 \implies \:  - x =  -  \frac{4}{5}   +  \frac{5}{4}

 \implies  x =    \frac {9}{20}

Verification : \\  \\  \implies  -  \frac{5}{4}  +  \frac{9}{20}  =   - \frac{4}{5}

 \implies \:  -  \frac{4}{5}  =  -  \frac{4}{5}
