The water which is useful and safe for drinking is called potable water. In cities the water is purified and then sent to large tanks for storage and this water we get daily for usage.

Portable water is available almost in all area and it should be fresh and without contamination and .The river 'swater treated by sewage treatment plant but now days it treated by UV rays without using chemicals such as chlorine etc.
