for English you need to prepare more and more grammar.
and for SST you need to focus on more on history by remembering the dates and periods.

First off, surround yourself with English. For example, read a lot of english books and watch english movies. Then, try to speak more in English. However, try to speak with a good grammar and accent. Then, some of the grammar and spelling is confusing so I'd suggest studying some of the rules and the exceptions to those rules.
