Democracy is a form of government in which power ultimately comes from the people who are governed, whether through direct voting or through elected representatives. A democracy can range from a liberal direct democracy to an illiberal totalitarian democracy.

1. People should have freedom of practising their religious activities.
2. They can protest against any fraud/bad party
3. They should have freedom of expressions, views, etc.
4. They should have the right of One man, one Vote.

people in a democratic country should be given the rights to express their views regardless of their caste,gender etc. every section of the society should be having the rights to choose their representative. They should be given the rights to protest govt decision if they think it's not in the favor of people. There should be equality among the people in a democratic country . every should be having the rights to get justice....hope it helps plz mark as brainlist
