What should the members of the Parliament do to participate effectively in debates and discussions?

The Member of Parliament brings a topic or a bill under the consideration of Speaker.


All the members then do a discussion or a debate in which they keep their points.


If they come up with some decision with the help of discussion then the bill is passed otherwise votes are given by the members.


The decision will be made by the votes if the votes are in the favour of a bill then it moves to the President who put the final stamp.
