If you feel like your life is not going well and add to that your personality is not helping yourself, try and make a change. Write down on a piece of paper what you like about yourself and what you don't. For a week, try utilizing new values and commit good deeds. Try making other people happy whether or not you feel like they deserve it. You'll feel encouraged by your own kind actions. If you get tensed easily, just remember it's only a feeling which lies in your own mind - you have all the power and ability to overcome that fear but you must strive to and not let that anxiety get in your way. If people don't understand you and you feel like nobody cares to listen to your problems, don't reproach them. They might have their own problems and by that tend to easily neglate other people. You can never be a person that everyone likes so change to make a better impact not to impress. If you're not happy with yourself, then don't expect others to be.
