=> Friend, You would be knowing yourself much better than anyone else. So you will be upset for any reason and you should know the reason. Because without reason no one becomes upset.
=> When you are upset, Try to ask yourself why are you upset? If you don't understand then try to recollect the matter through which you are upset.
=> When you are upset about someone else or with yourself, First step you should do is cool down yourself by being in such a place where you can get peace.
=> Try to not think anything for atleast 5 minutes if you are out of control.
=> Never cry, don't be a cry baby, A crying person never gets solution to his/her problem!
=> After 5 minutes if you feel ok and better than before's situation ask yourself the reason of you being upset.
=> Try thinking positively and decide yourself whatever you have done is correct or wrong.
=> If you can't decide yourself, Try to talk with such a person who is with close relation with you, your mother or your best friend will know you better than you. Try to tell the situation to them and ask for their suggestion. If you feel ok with it try following it or you can think yourself again.
This is one method which can make you realize your mistake (if there is) and move on your life again.
Another method.
=> If you are upset with someone like for example mother,father,sister,brother friend or anyone else and if they shout on you always and this makes you sad, That time just lay your head down facing to your legs and count till 10. Make them feel that you are apologizing for the mistake. Then later on you can think yourself.
If you are upset and want to be happy then.
=> Forget the matter, Just get engaged in some other work so that you forget about it and if someone is still angry on you just say sorry and promise you won't do it again even if its not your mistake as it is better to bend a little rather than breaking relations.
Now to release Tension....
=> First of all, Don't take tension a lot even for little things. Try not to make it more difficult, try to make the problem easy to solve.
=> You should think positive in life and never leave the hope of your confidence.
=> You should try to take matters easily and study deeply with it.
