Green Revolution - The relation of Green Revolution is to increase greenery and increase agricultural productivity. Green Revolution was launched while accepting the objective of making the country self reliant for the quarries in the 4th Five Year Plan. Under the Green Revolution, planned efforts were made for the development of agriculture such as the use of new techniques of agriculture in place of conventional methods. Enhancing more production by increasing the use of embryonic seeds, chemical fertilizers, irrigation facilities, Attempts to bring revolution in the field of productivity, improving productive technology, using chemical fertilizers instead of mono rain in place of the tracker dung, new works of irrigation like tube wells and pump etc.
