What sum of money should be invested on simple interest for 5 years at 4% to earn the same amount of interest
as 7800 will earn in 6 years at 10% per annum simple interest?​

=7800×10×6/100

=4680

now since we know the interest so we can now take out the principal

S.I= p×r×t/100

4680= p×5×4/100

=> p=4680×100/5×4

=> p=23400

ANS. THEREFORE THE PRINCIPAL SHOULD BE RS.23400
