Eg:

Houses, Buildings.

Impacts on the ecosystem:

  • Waste from construction and demolition.
  • Pollution due to the transportation used to collect the wastes.
  • High water and energy usage.

Dwelling units are the structure or part of structure used as home, residence as well as sleeping place for a person who maintains the household.


When more persons maintain the common household then it could be called as Dwelling units.


Self-contained unit for the accommodation are used by one or more households for various purposes by the individual or group of people.
