No, the Earth is a planet which is bigger than Moon. Also, the earth is very dense planet and has a very strong gravitational pull than moon. Moon's gravitational pull is of about only 1/6times the earth...
So, it goes without saying that earth having the larger pull attracts the moon towards it thereby making it revolve around the earth.
However sometimes water bodies on the earth get attracted towards moon's gravitational pull and causes tides.
