in my opinion if it is understandable that it is already fractured then no first aid is there ..
u have to bring that patient to a doctor


but in another case if it is not understandable then we may use painkillers to kill tge pain or pain removing sprays or medicines we can use for temporary purpose though we should consult a doctor as soon as possible bcoz tge pain of fracture comes again after a long time also!!!!
