If someone report ur question or answer you cannot do anything.If any moderate found it unreasonable or waste question/answer .They will delete it.

if it is deleted without any reason than don't worry modrators first check yr ans and then delete it . but if it is deleted u can contact any modrator and give them link . if they found yr ans right they will restore yr ans.
