these steps should be taken
1) you should firstly stop thinking about that person .... and just forget the hurted wrds said by that person
2) u should listen to some soft music or listen to some happy or enjoyful music
3) just go to a open place where u'll feel relaxed
4) break up all the relationships connected to that person... that's what I think
