what to do when feeling ,,,deep trouble ( sad)

as we know after sadness there is happiness
so in this feelings try to feel happy and better to forget all sorrows
try to distract your mind
busy do any other thing which u like prefer listening to music that will give your heart a good feelings
as u r always alone ..be alone or prefer a good friend to help you in each and every problems
REMEMBER U R A CHILD OF GOD WHICH LOVES YOU ALOT !

try to distract yourself or do the thing that you like.

talk about it to someone,even if its your pet. releasing will hlp make it better.

listen to music.that never fails.

do something relaxing like a hot bath or a walk in a quiet and fresh place.
