What to tension between the dutch -speking and french-speaking communities during the 1950s and 1960s?

There was tension because of the following reasons :-
-while the dutch constituted a majority in the country,they were minority in the capital city Brussels.
-The minority french speaking community was relatively rich and powerful and this was resented by the dutch speaking community who gat the benefits of economic development and education much later.
