What type of changes do you want in yourself as a teacher to cater the need of the changing society and learner? Explained at least two examples

i want to remove the darkness in ones mind. Now a days students are more concentrated in social medias.so they are not aware about the values in the society and how these values make a man perfect. so i wish to inculcate these values to the students with normal education and make them perfect citizens
