We should wear cotton , light and fair colour clothes like white , peach colour becoz it reflets back the rays of the sun...

we should wear cotton clothes in summer. we should prefer cotton clothes in summer because during summer we prespire more and sweat is released from our body . thus cotton being a good absorber of sweat and exposes it to the sun causing it to evaporate and make body cool

If clothes stick to our body then it doesnt causes any skin problems
we should wear light clothes but we also wear Cotton clothes
