education in India is provided by public sector as well as private sector with control and the funding coming from three levels:
Central state and local. under various articles of Indian constitution free and compulsory education is provided as fundamental rights to children between 8 of 6 and 14 the ratio of public schools to private school in India is 7:5.

yes ! if we compare our country with any other country which improved its educational institutions and providing good education than Indian institutions , there is very big difference our educational system is not about practical or general intelligence , in india there is lack of of skill building education ,there is revised syllabus which makes students unable to reach out to the real/ modern world . India Improved it's educational sector a little but still there is lack of such education that we needed . foreign countries focus more about practical education but in India things goes opposite to this. in India there is routine to get a higher degree rather than learning about skills. we have to work for taking out our country from this circle and must try to make it A NEW INDIA in true sense.
