⭐ For drinking >only drink boiled, disenfectd water or others drinks that come in canes and air tight bottles. Use fresh water for cooking .never drink directly tap water, fountain water or ice cubes.
⭐For cooking >cook the food in well maner. Avoid the street food .
⭐Fruit and salad > eat washed fruits only and salad also.
⭐Clean ur self > maintain hygienic. Wash your hands with shops after eating or taking bathroom.
