Financial reforms should be brought to strengthen democracy..

1) The financial accounts of every political party should be made public. These accounts should be examined by government auditors.

2) There should be state funding of election. Parties should be give some money to meet their election expenditure.

3)Most of the political parties are dependent on the money given by big business houses. In this the worry is that the money reduce the whatever little voice of poor in our democracy.

There are also so many reforms which can be best debated at the "Development" level

Democracy depends on many factors such as finance.

The type of financial reform which thus can be implemented is as follows:

                                1.  The financial reports has to be published in media or communicative sector thus to make the public aware of it.

                                  2. The finance has to be firm , i.e the collection has to go through the panchayat , Zila parishad ,and then to the state govt.

                                    3. The state govt. then should imply the collected money to the welfare of the people, and for development and thus to maintain the govt. agencies.

                                      4. A democratic govt. should appoint finance agents from the main board thus to avoid corruption in the political parties.

                                         5. The govt. should imply tax on the basis of the monthly income of an individual.
