I believe you mean the gametes produced in the F1 generation which produced the F2 generation because nothing is known of the F2 pea plants producing offspring (or gametes). In which case:
In Mendel’s F1 generation of his dihyrid cross experiment, Mendel produced gametes RY, Ry, rY, ry. R/r codes for round/wrinkled and Y/y codes for yellow/green peas.
Explanation: Mendel first crossed the P generation which were purebred RRYY x rryy which meant they were round, yellow pea plants and wrinkled, green pea plants, respectively. When he did this, the gametes from the P generation were RY and ry which produced the F1 generation of only heterozygous pea plants: RrYy.
When those pea plants were crossed: RrYy x RrYy, they produced the gametes of RY, Ry, rY and ry. These gametes produced the well-known heterozygous dihybrid cross ratio: 9:3:3:1. This means that (if out of 16 offspring) 9 of the offspring were smooth, yellow; 3 were wrinkled, yellow; 3 were smooth, green; and 1 was wrinkled, green.
