What type of house did my grandparents live give me few sentences?

My grandparents lived in a cute condo in the suburbs of Chicago. It was small yet cozy. Their living room was a maroon-ish color with a great big brown couch. But my favorite place was the kitchen. I used to bake with my grandma all the time. That condo was my childhood.
