x=c

x-c=0.....(1)

y=c

y-c=0.....(2)

from (1) and (2)

a1/a2 = 1/1, b1/b2 = -1/-1=1/1, c1/c2 = 0

a1/a2 = b1/b2 # c1/c2

Hence the lines are coincident.
