This statement shows the logical error or fallacy of hasty generation.

Hasty generalization are statements that tend to generalize a given subject without enough, or any, support to the argument or statement.

Hasty generalization is the most common type of logical error as people have a tendency to generalize things based on their experiences or biases.

Stereotyping and exaggerations are examples of hasty generalizations.

This statement is logically flawed. Human beings are divided into 5 basic races on the basis of their physical characteristics that have been inherited.

These races are  Caucasian or white race, American or red race, Mongolian or yellow race, Malayan or brown race, Ethiopian or black race.

These races are distinguished on the basis of physical characterstics, but there is no scientific proof to suggest that one race os inferior to the other thus the above statement that African Americans were inferior is illogical.
