what type of mirror is used in flashlights

concave mirrors are used in flash lights because the light has to focus on the particular place. etc. but it is totally diff from the. street lights where the concept is to spread the light in all directions.

YUVARAJ11: in a simple way concave mirrors I.e. which has a shinier surface inside is used in flash lights because the light should not spread out it should focus on a particular place so that you can see the object clearly with more details. but this isn't the case of street lights where the light is spreaded out using a convex mirrors which has a shinier surface outside. thus hoping that this answer may help you...
