There is a single plate involved with Kilauea and the Hawaiian islands and that is the Pacific plate.
The mantle plume / hotspot that is feeding Kilauea and has fed all the prior Hawaiian volcanos and is the progenitor of all of the Hawaiian islands is called the Hawaiian hotspot.
The movement of the Pacific plate over this hotspot has caused the outflow to create a series of islands that start on the ocean floor and build until their summits rise above the level of the sea.
