anaerobic respiration takes place in our muscles,it takes place because during heavy exercise we need more energy and it is produced by the anerobic respiration which gives us extra energy during vigrous exercise

This happens because during vigorous exercise as we need more oxygen to carry out things out of are capacity to do. The end result of this exercise is the production of lactic acid+ alcohol+ carbon dioxide. This causes muscle cramps
