A Open Circuit1. In open circuit current does not flow but in closed circuit the current flows.
2. In open circuit potential difference is not established but in closed circuit there is difference in potential.

Open Circuit:- Open circuit means the wires are cut off so there will be not current flow, but there is voltage.
Closed Circuit:- Closed circuit means the wires are connected so there will be flow of current, but there is no voltage.
