if 1st half of the english alphabet is written in reverse order,then find the 15th letter from right. explain

15th letter from the right would be B. Since half of alphabets is 13 and first half is reversed so the alphabet at the 2nd place will shift to 13-2=11th place from the left.
11th from the left = 15th from the right.

Reverse the first half and count from right,

MLKJIHGFEDCBA NOPQRSTUVWXYZ
