as we know , to have an arithmetic sequence the difference of value of preceding term and succeeding term is constant

A/Q

(3k-7)-(2k+4)=(k+12)-(3k-7)

3k-7-2k-4=k+12-3k+7

k-11=-2k+19

k+2k=19+11

3k=30

k=30/3

\huge{\boxed{k=10}}
