subtract 19 from both sides

Divide by 5 both sides

=> p = 1/5

Hence Value of p is 1/5

case 2:

p⁵ + 19  = 20

subtract 19 from both sides

p⁵  = 1

p⁵  = 1⁵

=> p = 1

Value of p is  1

case 3 :

p/5  + 19 = 20

subtract 19 from both sides

=> p/5 = 1

Multiplying by 5 on both sides

=> p = 5

Value of p is  5
