Logic Used:

1) Both Components must have same moles.

Moles = Molarity *Volume of solution

Question needs much more clarification but we dont have other data,so we are equating moles of both components. 

Steps:

  M_1= 10M ,</p><p>V_1=? \\ M_2= 0.25M , V_2 = 1000mL


So,By Using Logic:

 M_1*V_1=M_2*V_2\\ =&gt; 10M*V_1=0.25*1000mL \\ =&gt;V_1 = 25mL


Hence, 25mL of 10M  H_2SO_4 is needed to prepare 1 Litre of 0.25M  H_2SO_4 .
