Now, we know,

V1*N1 = V2*N2

Let, V1= x, N1= 18.05, V2= 500 ml, N2= 0.2000

So, x*18.05 = 500*0.2000

Therefore, x= 5.54 ml

Now take 5.54 ml of sulfuric acid and make up the volume up to 500 ml with distilled water, i.e, you have to add (500–5.54)= 494.46 ml of distilled water.
