I hope by Albert you meant Albert Einstein.

Albert Einstein believed in not memorizing of facts and dates as they could be looked later on from books. He believed in training mind to discover new ideas.

He despised rote learning , cramming and mugging of facts. According to his idea of education, education should teach children regarding how to think and not just feeding the brain with useless facts.

                   Albert Einstein's theory of education is based on reasoning and logic. He believed that education is not about learning facts but thinking about ideas. Education according to him is not something to mug up like remembering the year of the battle or any event but the reason why it all started.

                   He always believed in learning beyond facts and concentrate more on ideas. His theories are always based on scientific reasoning and practical things that benefit a person. He was a firm believer of intelligence and relevant aspects rather than facts and numeric data.
