Under the rule of Louis XVI, the members of the third estate were not treated fairly. The voting system was also very different. The voting system said that one vote shall be taken from one estate. The members of the third estate demanded that voting should be available as one vote per person. They wanted to revolutionise the voting system as only they were liable to vote and the other two weren't. They both agree that tax should be paid as there were two votes (majority) and the third estate has to pay it no matter what. They walked out when the king denied to give this kind of voting system.
