Answer:

Helen was sensitive as a child. The repeated attempts and failures to learn the meaning of "mug" and "water" had frustrated her and she dashed her doll against the floor. To understand the psyche of a blind and deaf child, an average person must see her frustrations as much intense that the disappointment felt by a "normal" child. It was in utter frustration that, once, Helen threw her new doll and broke it. She had no love for the doll and felt happy that the cause of her discomfort was broken. However, after some time she realized that everything was full of life. She felt bad and tried to pick up the pieces and bind them together. However, she could not do much. Her eyes filled with tears and she repented for what she had done. For the first time she felt repentance and sorrow.
