Firoz Shah was famous for irrigation.

EXPLANATION:

Firoz shah ruled the period between 1351 and 1388, he is the successor of Muhammad Tughlaq. British called Firoz Shah as the father of the irrigation department, he built many canals between Sutlej river and Ghaggar river, Yamuna and Hissar city and so on.

He established a separate department for slaves and constructed Sarais which is a rest house for merchants and traders. We gathered more information about him from his autobiography “Futuhat-e-firozshahi”.
