Genocidal war mainly means killing of people on large scale leading to destruction of the society. The people who were killed in Germany were considered as "undesirable" or "unwanted" and included a huge number of Jews, Gypsies, Polish, and physically and mentally handicapped people. Nazi wanted a Germany of only pure-blooded Nordic Aryans and wanted to demolish all others whom they thought were not required.
