Harris blamed Jerome for encouraging Montmorency to disturb them while packing. He blamed him because Jerome's constant watching their packing made them conscious, nervous and excited. It irritated them. As such he put all the blame of miserable packing on Jerome.

Answer:
Explanation:
Harish accused Jerome of encouraging Montmorency as he didn't tried to stop Montmroency when he created Chaos with the hampers. Jerome reacted to this by saying that Montmorency didn't need any encouragement. It is the natural, original sin that is born in him. That makes him things do like that.
