The term Jungvolk is referred to The Deutsches Jungvolk in der Hitler Jugend (German Youngsters in the Hitler Youth) where it was meant to be a section for boys aged 8 to 14 years. The aim of this section of Youth Organisation in Hitler's Nazi Army was to train and let those boys to Army.
Extra information :
In the year of 1945, after WWII, this organisations along with Hitler's Nazi Army was put to an extinction.
